thank you so much for the help but there is one other thing that i am stuck on, i am trying to get inside the volcano (i have the salamander TF) but i keep taking 300 damage and in travel Journal it says i have all that i need to start exploring the volcano and i really don't know what to do

As for that, there are several possibilities to further reduce heat dmg. The form you are currently using also can affect the amount. Besides that the dojo has a few optional upgrades to reduce heat dmg. There also is a buyable usable item called Varia Field in town which can reduce heat dmg. And lastly the clothes the main character wears affect heat and cold dmg the most.
