Hi! Just wanted to say I tried this out (very promising, btw! I enjoy it and look forward to updates) and found that this happened to me as well because my controller was plugged in. Turns out in this case you cannot register any clicking/keyboard inputs and it'll only accept the controller. Hopefully this helps!
