when I try to download game a game it says package failed? Anyone could help me out

Do you mean the download fails, or the installation afterwards?
You could try downloading it through the itch app, if you haven't already.

If that doesn't help, I'm afraid you'll either have to get Joiplay + RenPy plugin to try and play the PC version on Android (you can find info on that if you google it).

Oor wait for the next update I guess, where I'll probably use a newer APK compiler that is hopefully more compatible with newer Android versions.

Yeah, it keeps saying "Forbidden" everytime i try downloading it

Huh... that sounds more like an itch.io issue, honestly.
Maybe try downloading it through a browser? With Firefox on PC, I can download the APK just fine, so the download as such doesn't seem to be the issue.
