I don't think this is being carried by anyone. You can ask Brave New World to order a copy next time around. This summer I should have a UK/EU fulfillment place which'll make shipping more reasonable. Watch the newsletter for that announcement.
If the shipping charge the site gave you was outrageous (meaning over 25USD) let me know. Sometimes the shipping estimator goes for a run in the weeds.
