Hi sorry I'm not Kathinka but according to the description they use RPG Maker MV, there's actually a big sale for RPG Maker games and engines going on right now on Steam so it's the best time to get one of them if you want to learn!
Hi, I am Kathinka and I completly agree with the other comment you got from Madi! I used RPG Maker MV to make this - there are also some cool YT-tutorials for this engine! I'd also reccomend to only buy it when it's on sale on Steam!! I think I bought it for ~20/30€ back in the day?
