You mean Ken? He has been another form of MC since the second update.
And Futa content has also been there since the second update. And as usual, you can avoid them entirely, and still has the normal version of MC x Rei
there will be contents for all forms, it's just that the MC is using Ken form to infiltrate the School area while Hiroshi (the old form) is the more general form. Futa/Tentacle contents are always given a warning and are optional, often accompanied by another normal route. I can understand not wanting to have those elements existing in the game you play, but those are different options for different routes. If just the thought of having them in the game undesirable, then I also suggest you don't torment yourself and walk away, just know that all such contents are optional and 100% avoidable (avoid, not skip).
Well, I'm sure that if I want to play the "Ken" content, I won't be able to play it in Hiroshi form. You can avoid those futa scenes, but I'm sure that when they happen, a message pops up asking you to choose what happens and what doesn't. Personally, I prefer that those kinds of scenes don't exist in the games I like, but oh well, what a shame. I'll pass on this game. The animations and scenes looked good.
