Unfortunate. A lot of things seem to be slow to happen on itch.
The '7-10 day' cashout reviews for example are also often getting slower gradually over time. They often exceed two weeks now.
Just generally, I think the itch platform is probably understaffed and the people sorting through its issues are overworked and this means a lot of tasks fall behind schedule. They do seem to actually be trying though and I can appreciate that.
