Several months ago, the credit card companies visa and mastercard changed their terms to not allow any store to use them if they  sell adult games. Itch caved and shadow banned all paid adult games. So now all adult games on itch is either shadow banned (don't show up in searches, require a direct link) or free.

The reason visa and mc changed their terms was because of a complaint from the Australian Christian fundamentalist group collective shout.
