Heya, I'm a LEGO employee (but I'm not a legal representative and this is not legal advice), and have seen many LEGO fan games throughout the years. I just wanted to give you a recommendation since I haven't seen you reach out yet. I would really advise you to revise the cover and icon for this fan game to remove the LEGO logo and make your own icon from scratch - using the official LEGO logo for a non-LEGO product is a big no-no and could get your game shut down and removed based on that alone. The company has historically been lenient with using assets from LEGO games (see my game page for my own LEGO Rock Raiders remake) but there should be absolutely no way to confuse the game for an official or authorized LEGO product.
