Yep, both are being reprinted. The reference guide is available now (via Modiphius and in distribution) in UK/EU. The asset deck will be available UK/EU in a couple of weeks.
Both the reference guide and asset deck reprints will be back in stock in North America around March.

Any update on this? I'm especially interested in the Deluxe Starforged Asset deck on Modiphius US but haven't seen it show up. I'm wondering if it was already available and sold out before I saw it. I see the books are available, but not the cards.
I am anxiously waiting as well. It should have arrived via sea freight by now, but will likely take a week or two (or three) to get over to the warehouse and show up on the website. Apologies for the delay. Everything just takes forever these days.
