Lyrana is bugged in 0.4.2 where you can't progress the main story by learning to jump. If you interact with her in the dojo at midday with the main quest icon above her, she very briefly turns to you then turns away without initiating any dialog. This occurs when starting from a new game or when starting from Save 7 (have not tried from Save 6).
