Currently, questions are being answered on my Discord server, but ironically, I just started setting up a website where future guides will be. For brothel worker, you need to be a woman with the sexually skilled trait. I believe for the strip club you just need sexually skilled but don't quote me on that, since it's been a while since I added the stripper job.
