Yes, it’s possible to get the other endings without restarting. I already tested the game, and the photos are saved even after restarting. However, some photos don’t appear because they require certain conditions.
Points of no return sadly are very common in story based games. On the upside every choice you make matters. On the downside many content gets unreachable once you branched off into another direction.
