How the save system works is it remembers the items you ended “yesterday” with. So you did exactly the right thing: you got the jar back and played the days, pulling the jar forward until it was needed. Not sure what would have caused your jar to vanish, but I’ll put in some emergency code to respawn it just in case for future players. Thank you for pointing this out!
