My Overall Thoughts: This short farm horror game that took 5 days to make was most certainly interesting one to play, it got a few scares out of me and had some memorable moments.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6/10 - Story: At first glance I found that there wasn't much of a story to follow our only goal was tending to our chickens however that changed shortly when meeting the antagonist.
One thing that I feel could make the story more engaging is if we saw the antagonist a little bit more or they did more on our farms so we could learn more about their motives and more of why they were targeting us as the player specifically. That answer was later revealed to us in the second ending which was quite sentimental and heartwarming as well as some comedic moments that got quite a few laughs out of me.
I just feel as though the story needed a little bit more of a buildup to captivate players even more.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5/10 - Mechanics: The mechanics were simple with not much variety however for a game made in 5 days not bad at all and there were no bugs I found so yaaay :)
I do wish that there was more things to do on the farm to change it up each day.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4/10 - Horror: The scares of the games I found to be pretty startling in the few places they were present and for the games runtime it was fine.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
15/30 - Kacipbara: This most certainly feels like a first attempt at a horror game therefore I tried to not be too critical but gave my honest opinion about the experience as a whole.
I will say though in the 5 days taken to make, they managed to make a game that had two endings and I had the biggest smile on my face playing through it so very well done devs
I had a lot of fun playing your game and I can't wait to see what you make next and I'll keep an eye out for Empty Plate as that game looks rather interesting.
