I don't know how else to reach the dev, but I've tried and failed to join the discord for 2 days now. Every time I click "Agree" on the starting rules message, I get "This interaction failed." Would love to join the community, this game is gold dude. Seriously great job and I can't wait for more of the game to get finished.

And since I can't bug-report in discord, I'll leave one here.

If you pick up a card and then get fully infected, the card will be stuck on your screen with no way to remove it, and you can technically move your and play the game fine but again, card and blur obscure all view. Happened to me idr where but there was a card in a vent right next to a gas mine that you have to jump a small gap to reach. Hope it helps!

A suggestion for future, although I see someone has already mentioned it is climbing/clambering animations when you jump next to a small object. This game does a GREAT job at keeping the player immersed with all the hud elements being in-universe things, and then I see my girl hop like a basketball player haha.

Also, the hacking/electrical minigames are confusing as hell xD There was an attempt to explain it for the electrical one but without actual electrical knowledge I don't think many people will be able to figure it out. Same with the hacking one, it doesn't even have a tutorial and you're presented with 4 random options, and every time you fail it's re-randomized. I started alt-f4'ing every time I failed a hack because of it.

Thank you for the feedback and the bug reports — I really appreciate you taking the time to write all of this.

Regarding Discord: yes, there was an issue with the bot that assigns roles after pressing the button. It was often going offline, so I’ve replaced it with a different one. Please try joining the server again — it should work properly now.

As for the bug with the UI staying open during infection/death: I’m already aware of it and it’s on my fix list. Most likely, I’ll resolve this by pausing the game whenever a UI screen is open, to avoid situations like this entirely.

I understand what you mean about the climbing / clambering animations. Unfortunately, this is my first game, and early on those animations felt extremely complex to implement, so I decided to drop them and rely on jumping instead.

Regarding the hacking and repair puzzles: I initially assumed that the Quick Hack / Quick Fix option would cover accessibility and frustration issues, but I do agree that the difficulty and clarity of these systems need another look.

Thanks again for the detailed feedback — it genuinely helps improve the game.

Thanks for the reply! Totally understandable with the jumping hahaha. For a first game, you're doing phenomenal!

One thing I'll note with the pausing while in UI is that it might take away some of the immersion. I know most players would probably prefer a pause while menus are open, but to me it adds to the realism. Can't go rummaging through your pack (although healing items are keybound lol) while in combat. Up to you at the end of the day, could meet in the middle and have it be an option, or you could make only collectibles (cards) pause the game.
