Can you change your body type i.e be more muscular, have a smaller hip and wider waist etc.
Also can you just make your character more masculine overall? Like not having such a feminine face and eyelashes?
The current system isn't really capable of handling that unfortunately. I've got plans to figure something out for it, but it won't come to fruition for a while!
