A quick search says it has very little RAM compared to what's the standard these days. It should be enough to play the game, but again, it depends. Try to close as many apps as you can, to free up some resources.
Yes, you can copy your save to your computer. Read a little above to find where are locations of the saves. All you need to do is copy and paste.
