I mean from the little I played (like 2 hours), it just seems like the laziest protagonist ever. Like as soon as he has to leave his room, he's like "but do I really want to?" or complains. I mostly go around trying to find good stories on itch, this... isn't the best, but unfortunately I have also come across worse. It is what it is though. Think I'm going to give Hazelnut a shot next. The premise is interesting.
