What am i missing? i cant find the phonebook. if i try clicking around below the desk, it just opens one of the 3 items (normally the computer). this means i cant call the courthouse to even start investigating!
You dont need it! Just click on the phone and type in the name of the person/place you want to call in the text field and it will call them
