Should have found this 2 years ago, but no, the mod menu doesn't actually work with this mod. The mod here enables gravity to allow the player to use stairs but the mod menu blocks the gravity feature, if it worked at all you would need to enable noclip/3D camera together to fly up to the 2nd level.
