How to get tatsumaki to die to be able to do the Erin thing (please help me with the rest of the updates I haven't played since the green girls route stopped for a month so how to get the Frieren route if it's even out and so on)

Just make sure Tatsumaki dislikes you at the end (not really that hard, tbh). If you already did that, follow the route instructions; that will lead you to Erin's free use.
