You gotta see a particular scene to level it up during the morning when Hinata wakes you. You cannot progress or do any of the level 2 scenes until you have done like 4/4 love or 5/5 hatred, locked in love or hatred route and completed Hinata's Hospitality quest.
Different quest depending on if it's love or hate route. but you cannot do it at all until you have done like 3/4 love route or 4/5 hatred objectives. And then get a unique option with Hinata in the laundry in the mornings. but reiterating once again the quest and what you have to do is different depending on love or hate.
