If you hold the CTRL key while using the terrain sets, you can draw 9 tiles at the same time. You can find help on using my tileset in Tiled in the documentation located in the main folder. In the next update, which will be released in the coming weeks, I’ll simplify some mechanics that are now quite outdated, as they were designed for older versions of Tiled.
