Seems curious to balance. Taking damage from enemies also increases your decay, yet you need to harvest their body parts to reduce your decay. 

I kinda wish for a more tactical combat system. Allowing yourself the ability to ambush enemies, or draw them into a trap, making it easier to not get hit.

One way to look at it is that it is not that different from, for example, a fantasy RPG where you fight an enemy. Then the enemy might drop healing potions or something that you can use to recover.

However, I have thought about traps, such as pits and mines. Maybe one day...
