Sorry to hear! The official customer service is terrible. If you read my previous post, you will realize what kind of advice or help you can get here in the community (unfortunately).

If the information provided is true (which is what they wrote to me), then choosing the "other" option when initiating the payment may have something to do with the delay, but it still doesn't answer the "no response" from customer service. If true, then (in my case at least) it means that after 5 months you will be processed too.

The advice here is:
- check your tax information (you probably already checked it)
- try to contact a moderator, they can forward your ticket number to some admin(s), maybe this can affect your situation.

a personal advice:
- in the future (if possible) use "Direct To You" payment. You will get evry payment individually but at least at the moment when the customer send you the money. (It is still not helps with the unpayed money gathered before that.)
- If for any reason your situation gets resolved (support responds or payment arrives), please let us know here on the forum (if it hasn't been closed yet) because there is absolutely no official information about when and how these delays are usually resolved. ...and maybe if more people write here with the same problem, there is a chance that the "message" will reach the right people who have real influence on resolving these (although not very common) but recurring problems.
