Unfortunately, we cannot access the comments under their videos because the platform requires a verified account and phone number.
This means we cannot confirm or judge anything about how they behave in the comment section.
Without direct access, we cannot conclude that they are acting inappropriately.
It’s important not to shame or insult other fans based only on assumptions.
Different people connect to characters in different ways, and expressing emotion toward a fictional character is normal in many fandoms, as long as their content stays wholesome and respectful, it is allowed.
If someone actually posts inappropriate or explicit content in public places, such as on Itch.io or Discord, we will take action.
However, based on what we can currently verify, this is not the case here.
Also, we have no authority on external platforms, so even if someone behaves inappropriately on sites like Douyin/TikTok, we cannot ban them, delete their posts, or issue warnings there.
Our responsibility is limited to the spaces we moderate.
If something inappropriate occurs on Itch.io or Discord, we can address it.
Outside those platforms, we cannot intervene.
Please avoid generalizing or attacking other fans.
If their posts make you uncomfortable, you may simply choose to ignore or block them, but public shaming is not appropriate for this community.
