What other quests do you have in your log? You may need to progress her or others quests first and then try again.
Only the pool one. I did notice a lot of sub quests disappeared when I updated the game tho. Did that cause the issue?
Some quests were removed or moved to the lewd tracker in your in game phone.
The main story should be quests with plain black font with a slightly white background.
Have you checked your "ignore" tab in the quest log, just in case something got moved there?

Can you drop your save here for me? It might be a bug. You can find your saves in AHITR > Game > Saves.

If you sleep at night, you should be able to dream about a new character. Once you bring them into the house, you should be able to meet Rae and Cait in the library and that gets the ball rolling with her story again.
