I'm unable to hit your issue. What's the exact version on the game? 26.1.0? And the Lively World DLC is the same version (check the about section of the main menu)?
Sasha is in her date/sexy date/slutty date outfit?
Game and all DLC are version 25.12.0d and its Sasha's Sexy Date Outfit. Sprite also doesnt appear in the appearance option menu.
Update your game and DLC to 26.1.0a, it should fix your issue
