If you successfully convince Kaede to stay, she will be that same night after the party and each night only if it rains (around 30% chance for rain to happen), you can use "rain stick" in the morning to force the rain at night which in turn will spawn her in
If she didn't appear then either it wasn't raining or you didn't convince her
