Does the plugin authorization pop up appear in vts' window? If not something like the firewall may be blocking the plugin or vts.
If you mean if there was a window for a plugin to grand access, unfortunately no. Also, I turned off my firewall but I still can't get nyarupad to connect to vtube studio :(
