Of course. Sorry, I should have been more specific...
There is no need to reprint anything as most of the changes are to fix minor inconsistencies and re-wordings. The one rule change about monsters spawning is on page 26, so you could reprint that page if you really wanted, but it's not necessary.
The cards don't need to be reprinted.
