Sorry, I meant to say upgrades cost XP. The costs should be there if you hover over them.As for increasing costs...welcome to incremental games. Earnings go up, costs go up.
Increasing costs for upgrades is understandable. For resources, especially ones required to do anything? Unbelievable.
