Basically, go to https://builds.bepinex.dev/projects/bepinex_be
Scroll down to #735, find and download BepInEx-Unity.IL2CPP-win-x64-6.0.0-be.735+5fef357.zip
Extract the file to a folder
Copy over the files/folders from the extracted BepInEx to the games root folder
Start the game
Wait for BepInEx to complete its first run, then exit game once it runs
Doublecheck that BepInEx completed and the BepInEx/plugins folder has been created
Then go find the Secret Flasher Manaka thread on f95zone
Download the latest Uncensor plugin v1.0.0.7 and extract the .dll file into the BepInEx/plugins folder
Start game again, that should uncensor it

The same folder where you find your SecretFlasherManaka.exe file that would start the game.
After you extracted the BepInEx zip file into it, it should have these folders/files in it: (looks a bit different for me because I'm using Linux atm)
