I got an email about the Premium version of the app, which I bought, but the email only links me to my original purchase and the download link to the full calendar digital content. I don't see the app code anywhere.

If you made 2 purchases in BackerKit, then it might be part of another survey. BackerKit doesn't make it obvious, but then you link to your survey, there is a yellow banner at the top which says:
You have multiple surveys for this project. Switch to another survey »
Click that and navigate to your other survey/order.
