Hey! You're right that the Steam page has been up for a while now. When we first set it up, we were planning to go the Early Access route, but because Steam no longer allows nsfw games to go into early access that's no longer an option. We're trying to figure out other release strategies for Steam like demos, episodes, nsfw patches, etc but we haven't really decided yet on what would be the best way for Kinny.. but it's very much on our radar!
