But yeah, she's valuable to sell (except for areas near Sybaris, ew, parasites!)
I'm farming Orkind Cave (Noer) in the meanwhile, preparing about 100 Golds + 500 Smoked Mystery Meats for Doom Mode.

I only know that the place can be used as a fast levelup method, where at leverl 1 you surrender yourself to orkind rapeloop, and it's possible to survive there indefinitely, due to Lona being fed and somewhat cared for in there.
It's like you can easily reach level 40, and then sneak out on you own...
Only inconvenience is then paying Elise for sewing up all 3 holes stretched in and out. 😂
As for the best ever money making method I've discovered in that game – it's gathering and selling mushrooms from infected forest.
One can make about 7-8 golden coins per IRL hour this way, so method is really potent.
In earlier versions having a cannibal perk and being able to collect human meat from Orking Tower made sense(one above Noer and below Saint's Church)... But this method was nerfed due to lowering price on human smoked meat + there seems to be more orkinds there now, than there were before.

I've been going back and forth at Elise's Gynecologist Clinic nowadays, but I'm technically not Role Playing as Goblin Slayer.
I bonk them in the back in Stealth, so I've been save scumming this one a lot.

- Stranger's Child (Goblin) = 1 Big and 7 Copper Coins + 100 TP
- Stranger's Child (Orkind) = 4 Big Copper Coins
About 2 to 3 Children per raid (Orkind is RNG to me), about 3.5 Big Coppers to 7.5 Big Coppers.
Plus some Hostage Rescues, high risk high reward 👍

That was in the early days of me earning enough Gold for Lona to leave as a virgin, the times I've run out of smoked meat made me desperate, so I tried it out via Save Scumming.
Of course, I haven't figured out what to do with "Specimens" at the Fishkind Research Quest, as I don't have any Milk on me and Elise is imprisoned during the quest. 😅
