I really like the inspiration here, turning a small mechanic into an entire game is a great idea!

I do think it can be a little difficult as well, but it looks like you've already got some plans to update after the jam is done, so I won't gripe on that. To be honest, I could barely manage to even track what was the main culprit since I couldn't really manage the fuel because I was running around trying to repair everything lol

But I think either reducing the chance of a previously repaired console from breaking for a short time after fixing, or slightly increasing the amount of fuel given could help. But maybe I just didn't utilize the brats well enough.

I think its awesome you managed to do all this solo, and I honestly love the fact that you can pick the brats up and throw them around, such a fun mechanic. Also great job on bae's model!

Definitely want to come back and check it out after some updates, great work!

Thanks for playing! I do agree that tracking what all was going on was more difficult than I'd like. I think making you fuel the warp drive to progress added just one too many things vying for your attention, so I think one of the major shifts I'm going to make is to just have the warp drive charge itself automatically so that I can focus all of the player's attention on repairs and managing the Brats.

I'm glad you liked the Bae model! I had to make compromises to get it done within the time frame, but I'm currently doing a makeover on it now to get more fidelity in and I'm pretty happy with its progress. I have a lot of ideas I'm excited to try out so I'm looking forward to the post jam update!
