Played the Steam Demo and I didn't know that I needed this to exist!

Love the suspicion mechanic, though I can't say that I understand how the walk-ins work exactly. There were moments where the actions would be red but after saving and reloading the same events multiple times the suspicion results were always different. Sometimes one character would catch us, another time no one would. Incentivizes save-scumming over planning but that's not really a problem imo. (It's also hard to say that a Naughty Doug would be one to plan anyway lol.)

Also, I personally can't enjoy the AI voicework in the steam demo. Once I realized it was AI it was just distracting. This might just be me, but I prefer cheesy real actors to inconsistent if more authentic sounding AI. (I know that sort of thing is expensive but imo a good actor goes a long way.) Ultimately, I'm used to games without VA so if the AI sticks around, I'll likely just turn it off. I'm always willing to give real VA's a shot in games though.

Regardless of my issues, I'm really excited to see this one when it's done and hope all goes well in development.

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I personally really like the voicing, but yeah, if that's an issue for you they can be turned off in Settings without losing the music or sound effects. No argument that authentic VAs are far superior!

The red text indicates that the guaranteed risk gain is high, walkins are random though (albeit mediated by a character's suspicion, which makes them more likely to walk in on you). So yeah, while you can shape your odds but the only way to make an action entirely risk free is to develop other character's stats to the point that they're comfortbable with what you're doing.

Ahah! That makes the colors clearer. I feel like it's already explained in the game, and I missed it so thank you for clarifying. Super excited to see the final product.
