Yeah the construction site is still there I don’t know what’s wrong I got the update
It could be just my computer
try reinstalling the game. sector c does have a moment where it has a construction site, but thats after you finish the current story. If the one you see is in the lobby, then I really suggest redownloading and transfering your save.
