Actually it makes sense to withold the money (payment processor or else) if they smell some illegal activity. But in that case no illegal activities on my side. My Paypal account is working properly, so there is nothing stops them to transfere the payout. I suspect I would have received some kind of notification that they tried to transfer money, but it didn't work... but nothing came. Neither money nor message.
