Great initial version of the game, and there’s a lot of good artwork in it. Also multiple different game modes give more variety. I had some trouble figuring out how to start a race, nothing really seemed to happen when doing anything. And once I got the race started I thought it had broke as whatever I did nothing seemed to happen. I managed to finish a training race and got lost in the dust against the other firefly.

yeah the input feedback during the race can definitely use some work. Maybe it’s not super clear but your firefly improves after you train, so the idea is to progressively get better until you can win the tournament. It’s not super clear and we can hopefully improve it by reworking the game loop a bit.
