Hiya! I'm not really sure what you mean by "trope"... ^^; The only difference between the two is that the 14NWY DLC adds 18+ content to the base game (14DWY). You can't use the DLC by itself.
The Itch page also has a list of content warnings for the 14NWY DLC if that's what you meant!
