I think there's some issue with physics - they won't bend enough when playing on 144hz monitor. I spent maybe 15 minutes on them, they only move a couple of pixels when I push.
Once I switched my monitor to 60hz, I got through them easily on my first try.. You may have missed delta-time in one of the expressions.
