๐ค I honestly donโt understand this question.
When you order a custom clothing item ๐๐๐ or a personalized accessory ๐๏ธ, you can order more than one at the same time, and as many as you want, in any color you choose (with a few item exceptions).
As long as you have enough money and pay for everything on the same day, all the items will be delivered together 18 in-game hours later. After that, you can go and pick them up regardless of whether you ordered one, four, ten, or more items. You can even choose not to pick them up at all, even if theyโre already paid for and ready.
Maybe you just havenโt noticed how to do it, or maybe Iโm the one misunderstanding what you mean — but yes, it is definitely possible to order multiple custom items at the same time when shopping at Lady Annalieโs store. 
I placed these 11 orders during the same visit to the shop, and they all arrived at the same time.
If thatโs what you mean and what you were trying to say, then make sure youโve paid for all the items — otherwise, only the item you actually paid for will be delivered. For that other problem of not knowing how many duplicate items you have, simply write them down in a list ๐.
I suggest enabling the โalphabeticalโ sorting option in one of the menu tabs and then throw the duplicate items into the trash ๐๏ธ.
You can also use a more nuclear option โข๏ธ and THROW EVERYTHING AWAY!! ๐๏ธ
Then start buying clothes and modules again from scratch, but in a better order — or only the ones you really like and actually use on your โJunโ.
Throwing away clothes does not have the same consequences as throwing away Junโs modules (๐ฆฟ, ๐ฆพ, etc., with some exceptions).
However โ๏ธ๐ง, if you discard all modules or illegal items on the same in-game day, you will not face any consequences ๐โโ๏ธ —
๐ BUT it must be done on the same day and only once ๐.
โ ๏ธ Donโt forget to save beforehand, just in case an unexpected event triggers โ ๏ธ.
Donโt cling to keeping items (๐ฆพ, ๐ฆฟ, ๐, ๐, ๐๏ธ) you donโt use if you donโt like clutter.
Money is the least of your worries in this game, since there are many ways to earn it.
