-- There's definitely a degree of bottom leaning characters, but each character leans on a percentile, e.g. Duke is actually 60% Top / 40% Sub leaning. Ideally, I'd like to have it where you have the chance to play with them top or bottom regardless, even the subbiest ones can top service style. :3c another plan is- How you interact with them would also inform how they may act with you personally as well; e.g. Roz will be dominant top energy, or submissive hungry bottom energy depending on how you play them. :3c - but even if you get them to be all dom top, you could still push them into bottom bunk and vice versa, how those scenes would play out would change too to match. (Dom Top Roz = Powerbottom Roz)
--Roz isn't implemented just yet but he is just around the bend.
Once these sets of patches are released, the one due to release publicly in a week or two- Patreon members at the Preview tier will get access to it in a few mins ideally) and the following patch (which will become active not long after the first, so those in Game Support tier+ will get access to two patches effectively soon) Roz will become the focus and the ability to meet him falls namely when you get the opportunity to "Go Outside" when the game asks you who you want to call to help you with the applications (seb/duke/archie)

Currently, each member of the cast will recommend you a potential recruit (Aster, Dane and Beau) and both Aster or Dane you could've met prior to being recommended to (The game actually reacts if you've met them already, when it comes to someone recommending. E.G. If you've met Dane at the Gym, Archie and the MC will respond differently when they see his application. :3c). I would like it that you have the ability to hire everyone and have a cast to choose from each time the club event happens-- and maybe have it so unique combinations of interest v recommendations trigger a special event.
So, in this case- Seb and Aster have a dance together, Archie and Dane have a 'performance' together. That's the benefit of having the route specifics hired. Now, lets say you're in Seb's route, but you hire Aster and Dane- you'd get the Seb/Aster event, but you'd also get all of Dane's individual sequences. :3c e.g. lapdances in the club for customers~
