The whole "adult art is a waste of talent" harkens way too much back to the idea of puritanical values and censorship - the exploration of sexuality is as beautiful as any other exploration of the conscious experience and has every right to exist. It is not inherently lesser or crude or shallow at all (arguably I'd say games like this are far more genuine and 'real' than many 'well made' AAA games even, due to the personal effort and care of the creators vs sales as a driving force, etc.)
Anyways, point being: if you don't like or respect adult games, that's entirely your right, but don't try to guilt or pressure others about that. Let creators create what they wish and don't let your personal preferences or hangups diminish someone else's creativity or efforts.
There is NO talent being wasted here because the individuals with the 'talent' (i.e. years of effort and work honing skills) are making what they want. If it's not what YOU want.. that's something you need to sort out, and it leaves you two options: pick up a pen and start creating or start commissioning.
