She is located in the forest of ruin, accessed by Adventurers grove 2 (right, right, up) there is a sign telling you there's nothing there, you can walk behind the sign into the trees. There is a large hole in the ground, holding the charge attack with feather weapon you can fly over the hole to reach the other side.
