These names make sense only the "fat" is a bit funny. I made my own story that we (player) are some kind of agent trying to "neutralize" the lab because some type of an accident and all enemies (monsters we fight) got out. After the accident the mobs took over the lab and we (player) has been sent there to neutrilize the threat. We go thought out the levels and we reach the core. After we destory the core the mobs just vanish or something and the lab is saved with the world. The core was made during the accident by someone against the lab projects because he belived mobs are like animals and deserve to be free only did he get killed by the mobs.

I really like the story i made but i knew the story was just some theory. (edit: i spent 14 mins writing this reminding how it went)

which is why it's so hard to make a sequel or follow up 🤔
among other reasons 😓

I wish I saved some of the ones from flash sites - it would have been interesting to compare what everyone came up with 🤔
it didn't occur to me that they might go away one day 😓

I was thinking to do more of a spiritual sequel perhaps with wizards and medieval stuff but many like that have been already made by others 🤔
anyway so that is why I only plan some refit in the future - also my code feels so embarrassing now that I feel a complete rewrite might be faster 😓

I think the sequel could be about the core being rebuilt and the mobs returning but just more mutated and maybe then new mobs too.Some mobs could even have buffs like some specific gun can’t damage it. The maps would be in another lab but this time in a major big city and when the core is rebuilt the city gets overrun by the mobs.

this is just my idea If you would like to use it. (Edit: I got a question how did u get the idea to make this game?)

I really just wanted to make a raycaster fps - something in the spirit of Wolf3D, Catacomb 3D or BlakeStone 🤔
a started many but this was the only one that got finished in the end 😓

Well it’s good that it was finished because it is truly a great game what deserves to be more popular. Keep up the great work!
