So, what I am seeing here is an at least 12 minute movie pretending to be a 4 minute movie, in which nothing happens for literally %90 of the runtime, which then doesn't even end. That last point isn't just being flippant. With how long and how often this story paused for long periods with nothing happening, it was clear whether it actually had ended.

I don't think this benefits at all from the required timing. I think this would've been better with a click to continue system that just also sometimes "continues" with just visual effects. That would allow the viewers to choose a comfortable pacing for themselves.

(Note: I usually would say "readers" for vns and "players" if there's gameplay, but this only had viewing for the most part, hence "viewers")
